Facilities management firm continues expansion and recruitment drive

CPL Service Response Limited, based in the heart of the West Midlands in their new head office site in Halesowen, are continuing their ambitious expansion plans following further new contract wins.

CPL, a nationwide facilities management provider, has been investing in people and expanding its ever-growing teams for over two years following their setting of a long-term strategic objective to start self-delivering a much higher proportion of their services to their customers.

As a result, their engineering team has grown significantly as new services and an increased demand from new and existing clients continues to gather pace.

The business continues to provide employment opportunities across the Midlands and beyond with vacancies for over 10 new roles made live in recent weeks, all on the back of significant new contract wins placing an increased demand for their self-delivery services.

In addition, CPL is investing in young people by offering Apprenticeships – and more recently Graduate Scheme roles – for those embarking on the first steps of their career.
