Events group acquires selfie pod manufacturer

The UK’s leading manufacturer of selfie pods, Photo Media Booth, has recently been acquired by Full Circle Manufacturing.

The new acquisition expands the portfolio of Full Circle Manufacturing, where owners Mathhew Humphreys and Paul Humphreys, run three photobooth hire brands, including Imprint.Events, Deluxe Booths, and The All Day Booth Company.

Photo Media Booth which designs and manufactures all its products in the UK, holds 16 registered designs and is renowned for its UK manufactured products. It was previously owned by Jamie Mannan.

Post-acquisition, the company will relocate to the Midlands, off M42 Junction 11, where a new showroom will open before the end of April, offering potential customers the opportunity to experience products firsthand.

They will also be able to see where the products are assembled and tested before being dispatched to the customers.

Full Circle Manufacturing Ltd aims to further develop the acquired company's product range and increase the awareness of its UK design and manufacture ethos.

Photo Media Booth is already booked to exhibit at several trade shows this year. Jamie will stay involved for the next 6 months, overseeing a smooth transition.

Matthew and Paul plan to maintain relationships with existing suppliers, introduce new products, grow their spare stock to support existing customers, and offer demonstrations and training sessions from their Midland base.
