Eventmasters signs multiyear agreement with Ascot Racecourse

Eventmasters, the provider of corporate hospitality services, have been rewarded with a multiyear agreement at Ascot Racecourse following a record breaking year at Royal Ascot 2024. 

Over 3,500 guests attended through the Birmingham-based business at what is the highlight of the British Summer sporting and social calendar.

The five day horse racing festival continues to be one of the most popular events utilised by individuals and businesses when entertaining VIP guests and clients.

The new contract will see Eventmasters offer hospitality packages at Royal Ascot within the Royal Enclosure, the Queen Anne and Village Enclosures and private grandstand box facilities through until 2027

Denise Sheasby, CEO of the Eventmasters Group said: “We are absolutely delighted to have secured a multi-year contract with Ascot Racecourse, the appointment will give us the opportunity to offer our clients excellent entertaining options at the Royal Meeting alongside individual Ascot Racedays throughout the season.

“It is a fitting tribute to the hard work and dedication of the whole team here at Eventmasters” 

Eventmasters have official appointments at a number of other major horse racing events including the Grand National Meeting at Aintree, The Cheltenham National Hunt Festival, The Chester May Festival, Glorious Goodwood, the Newbury Winter Festival and the York Ebor Festival 

The involvement with the sport of Kings isn’t just the business of providing corporate hospitality; the company also has a specific involvement with horse racing through sponsorship and racehorse ownership. 

Denise continued: “Horse racing plays such an important role within our business, we do look to invest back into the sport and sponsor meetings at two of our local racecourses, Warwick each December and Worcester every July.

“We also have a number of horses in training one of which Party Business actually won one of the supporting races on Grand National Saturday which was a very special day.”
