Engineering firm appoints head of global partnerships

Birmingham based Alwayse Engineering has announced the appointment of Dean Falconer the new head of global partnerships.  

Dean joins Alwayse with 17 years of experience in sales, having worked for huge companies such as Gould Alloys (part of AMA Metals Group), Trelleborg Sealing Solutions and Integrated Polymer Solutions.

Dean is a qualified mechanical engineer, having completed a modern apprenticeship with Rolls Royce. This has given him a platform to generate and convert new business opportunities within technical solutions throughout his career. 

As head of global partnerships, Dean’s mission will be to create collaborative, lasting relationships that mutually benefit our partners, customers and Alwayse, that uplift and achieve growth.

His focus will be on partnerships in addition to Sales, as Alwayse seeks to deliver the perfect movement solution to our customers.  

Dean said: “After my first week at Alwayse I can see so much potential already.

“Everyone is pulling in the same direction to achieve a common goal. For me the mission is to grow the sales with our global partners by finding new applications and revenue streams to explore as well as growing market share in existing markets.”
