Employee benefits firm welcomes third apprentice in successful programme

The Health Insurance Group, a Sutton Coldfield-based employee benefits specialist, has welcomed its third apprentice, Ana, as part of its thriving apprenticeship programme.

Ana joins the team alongside Joe, the company’s second apprentice, and will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification. 

For the past six months, Joe has been based at the company’s Sutton Coldfield office, developing essential skills to support the firm’s growing employee benefits business.

His training has included using insurer platforms and creating complex client review documents. 

The success of the apprenticeship programme has led to the decision to expand it further.

Director Ellie Wootton said: “We have been extremely impressed with the calibre of apprentice provided by Zenith Training.” 

With Ana now following in Joe’s footsteps, the company is confident in the value apprentices bring to the business.

Ellie added: “As a result of Joe’s success, we have taken on Ana, and I am sure she won’t be the last apprentice we hire via Zenith Training.”
