Employability service launched to support Birmingham enterprise zone businesses

Business growth

SMEs and large enterprises operating within the Birmingham Enterprise Zone now have an exclusive opportunity to accelerate their business growth with the announcement of a specialised employability service tailored to their needs.

In partnership with Birmingham City University, Aston University, University of Birmingham, and University College Birmingham, the newly introduced service is designed to connect highly skilled graduates with businesses within the Birmingham Enterprise Zone.

By doing so, it aims to effectively address skills gaps and propel growth within the business community.

This initiative places businesses at the core of its approach by providing consultations to comprehend their unique requirements and shape the service to cater to their specific needs.

It presents enterprises with an opportunity to customise the service according to their individual demands, thereby optimising their potential for success.

The service is dedicated to supporting both SMEs and large enterprises by offering solutions to overcome skills gaps and drive their success forward. Businesses seeking to benefit from this opportunity are encouraged to book a consultation to gain insights into how the service can address their challenges and foster growth within the region.

Consultations can be booked until the end of June. For more information and to get involved, please contact Dwi.Rachmawati@bcu.ac.uk
