Digital Innovators, a company specialising in giving young people between the ages of 14 to 24 access to fulfilling career opportunities, has announced that Hannah Wright has been promoted to operations manager.

By collaborating with education providers, businesses and community organisations across the West Midlands, Digital Innovators develop employability skills and provide valuable work experience to help people stand out from the crowd in the job market.

Hannah’s new role as operations manager is focussed on the day-to-day management of their Transition to Work Skills Programme and a student's journey throughout. This includes everything from working with colleges to onboard students, to supporting the delivery team and the day-to-day running of the programme, and even providing post-programme support for young people looking to get into employment or further training.

Hannah said: “I have been working at Digital Innovators for over three years now, and I am extremely passionate about the work we do. I am grateful for the opportunity I have had to also study as a degree apprentice alongside my work and be able to spread awareness about apprenticeships as a route into employment and further development.

“I believe that the work we are doing here at Digital Innovators is so important, for young people and employers seeking young talent alike - I love being able to see the increase in confidence in our students as they develop their skills and experience, and I am excited to continue to support and nurture young talent across the region!

"I am proud to be part of this work to support young people in their development and providing opportunities for them. A key aim for me has always been to help others, inspire, and support them, especially as a young professional myself!"
