Edgbaston Village sparks festive cheer with Christmas lights switch on

Edgbaston Village is kicking off the festive season in style on Saturday 9 November with a Christmas Lights switch-on event packed full of seasonal cheer, shopping, and captivating performances.

Starting at 10am, visitors can explore the bustling Artisan Market in Greenfield Crescent, with 70-plus stalls showcasing handcrafted gifts, artisanal foods, and seasonal delights.

The festive energy ramps up from 3pm, when the main stage lights up with entertainment.

 Visitors can enjoy performances by the talented Elmhurst Ballet School, sing along to Christmas carols performed by local choirs, and be dazzled by a ‘Frozen-inspired’ performance designed to captivate audiences young and old. Santa and Mrs. Claus will also be making a special appearance to spread some festive cheer.

The grand finale arrives at 6pm when Edgbaston Village will light up for the season.
