A flurry of spring activity has led to a duo of lettings at Tamebridge Industrial Estate, with significant deals agreed with both Fletchers Fibre Services Ltd and Enterprise Building Products.

The deals were agreed by joint agents KWB and Darby Keye, following a substantial refurbishment of the warehouse and trade units at Tamebridge Industrial Estate, located off Aldridge Road in Perry Barr.

These recent lettings, along with another unit of 11,524 sq ft that is currently under offer, leave just 21,450 sq ft available.

Kenny Allan, director at KWB, said: “Following the recent refurbishment at Tamebridge Industrial Estate, there has been a flurry of activity, with two new deals agreed and a third unit currently under offer.

“These deals reflect a robust market, with potential occupiers searching for high quality warehouse and trade units in prominent locations across Birmingham.

“These deals are testament to the proactivity of RealEstate IM in updating the available space and ensuring it meets the needs of modern occupiers.

“The decision to provide new roofs on the empty properties has been really well received by occupiers.”

Fletcher’s Fibre Services Ltd agreed a deal for 5,017 sq ft at Tamebridge Industrial Estate after being attracted by the location, offering enviable access to the city and the wider Midlands area.

Part of their regional growth plan, the 5,321 sq ft letting at Tamebridge Industrial Estate will be Enterprise Building Products’ fourth location across the West Midlands and Staffordshire, building on the success of its existing units in Bilston, Chelmsley Wood and Cannock.

Kenny continued: “We are now inviting potential occupiers to view the final 21,450 sq ft unit, which we expect will be in high demand following this recent activity.”

Recently refurbished to a high standard, including a new roof and EPC improvements, the remaining 21,450 sq unit benefits from a large enclosed yard and additional parking for office staff.

Chris Keye, director at Darby Keye, said: “Tamebridge Industrial Estate provides an attractive working environment for a wide variety of occupiers.

“Fletchers Fibre Services and Enterprise Building Products were both attracted by the recently-refurbished space and the enviable location, joining other prominent occupiers including ToolStation and Screwfix.”

Situated three miles north of Birmingham city centre, Tamebridge Industrial Estate benefits from excellent transport connections, with motorway access via junctions 6 and 7 of the M6.
