Drinks sponsors for young professionals awards announced

Future Faces have announced the drinks sponsors for this year’s Greater Birmingham Young Professional of the Year Awards 2024 shortlist BBQ.

Albert’s Schloss, The Distillery, BOX and The Mocktail Squad will be providing the drinks refreshments for this year’s shortlist BBQ, taking place on the terrace of Birmingham Library on Wednesday, 11 September.

Albert’s Schloss, located in Chamberlain Square, previously hosted the Greater BYPY awards after-party. They will be providing drinks for the shortlist BBQ reception.

Sophie Paoloni, sales & events manager at Albert’s Schloss, said: "On behalf of myself and Albert's Schloss, we are delighted to be sponsoring the drinks for this year's shortlist BBQ, with over 80 young professionals in attendance. This will be an amazing opportunity to celebrate everyone's success over the last year and look ahead to an exciting awards ceremony later this year". 

The Distillery, home to Birmingham’s first city centre Gin distillery and located on Sheepcote Street, is part of Mosaic Pub and Dining.

Lauren Willis, head of Sales (Birmingham) at Mosaic Pub and Dining, said: "Birmingham’s Distillery is just a short walk away from Brindley Place, and the home of city’s first gin. You can expect citrus notes through the use of grapefruit oil and lemongrass and sweet, long-lasting flavours made up of liquorice and cassia." 

BOX, an ARC Inspirations brand, is a sports bar also located in Brindley Place and the location for this year’s Greater BYPY awards after-party. They will also be providing drinks for the shortlist BBQ reception.

The Mocktail Squad will be providing mocktail samples for attendees at the shortlist BBQ. Mo Farooq, founder of The Mocktail Squad, said: “Unleash your inner sparkle with Mocktail Squads vibrant creations at the Future Faces GBYPY BBQ, where every sip is a toast to the brilliant journeys of the shortlisted nominees.”
