Deutsche Bank to share best practice on diversifying talent

The Future Faces Chamber of Commerce (FF) are encouraging professionals to think deeper about diversity and the importance of representation in the workplace by inviting them to attend a key event at Deutsche Bank.

The Diversity + Inclusion event will share Deutsche Bank 's success stories on how they have driven representative recruitment, reflective of the communities they employ in.

It will be an invaluable session for young professionals, gaining best practise on how to diversify the talent pool, and how to retain diverse talent.

It also intends to inspire them on how to be the change maker within their organisation.

The professional development event will be hosted by Future Faces patrons Deutsche Bank on Thursday 5 May at their offices in Brindley Place.

Speakers and topics will include:

  • Zoe Whatmore (pictured), chief of staff at Deutsche Bank - overall view from a leadership perspective
  • Richard Kershaw- how DB drives Diversity at recruitment, including sourcing a diverse pool of candidates and ensuring diversity at interview stage
  • Phil Mckee, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion manager - how DB retains diverse talent - including Training, diversity at senior level and equal opportunities
