Designer outlet prepares to welcome 10 millionth shopper

McArthurGlen Designer Outlet West Midlands is braced to welcome its 10 millionth customer this weekend. 

To mark the occasion, one lucky shopper at the Cannock shopping destination will be surprised with a £500 gift voucher.

Throughout the weekend, visitors will also be treated to complimentary Lindt chocolates and cheerful sunflowers as a thank you for helping the centre reach this incredible milestone. 

Since opening its doors in April 2021, McArthurGlen Designer Outlet West Midlands has become a popular shopping destination, largely due to its convenient location just off the M6.

The centre boasts over 65 designer brands including Coach, Kate Spade, Rituals Nike, and Adidas. 

It also has 10 restaurants and cafes such as Meli, Wagamama, and Slim Chickens. 

Following the arrival of over 30 new brands since opening in 2021 and high footfall over the past few months, the centre has extended its opening hours from 9am until 9pm Thursday to Saturday.

 “Reaching 10 million shoppers is a true testament to the incredible experience we offer here at McArthurGlen West Midlands,” said centre manager, David Jackson.

“Over the past three years, we’ve welcomed over 30 new brands, creating a destination with something for everyone. From fantastic family dining options to welcoming our four-legged friends, we’re proud to offer a full day out for the whole family.” 

The celebrations coincide with the back-to-school rush, and with over 25 brands offering kidswear.
