The conference, titled Shaping Tomorrow’s Workplace – A New Era, will explore a range of topics with expert speakers from across leading businesses. Secure your free ticket to the conference.
The conference will explore:
- The biggest challenges facing employers
- What tomorrow’s employees want from their workplace
- AI and the opportunities it presents to the future workspace.
Since 2020, the workplace has seen irrevocable changes, both in workplaces themselves and across the employment landscape.
Recruitment, retention and skills challenges are nothing new to HR and business leaders.
However, the increasing focus on workplace mental health, employee wellbeing, generational differences and the transformative opportunities offered by AI and technology make strategic thinking more crucial than ever in securing a competitive edge.
HCR employment and immigration partner, Omer Simjee (pictured), said: “2025 is going to be a year of change across the employment landscape – so I’m delighted that we’re able to host our first-ever Future Workspaces Conference in Birmingham; a city with a truly diverse workforce across a variety of industries.
“I’d say any employers, business leaders and HR professionals who want to get ahead of the game should join us for an informative, interesting day on a wide range of topics.”
