Dains make first acquisition since private equity boost
Leading accountancy and advisory services provider Dains Group has announced the acquisition of Consilium Chartered Accountants, based in Glasgow.
The acquisition comes after the firm secured private equity backing from IK Partners (“IK”) in a move that reinforces a growing intention to build the leading SME advisory business in Scotland.
Consilium has a strong reputation as being a highly customer centric, personable, and progressive business, that has built a highly talented team since its establishment in 2013.
