Customer service expert receives global recognition

A customer service expert based in Sutton Coldfield has achieved the globally recognised Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) certification.

Shaun Cremins (pictured), CX Director for insight6, is now one of a small, select group of professionals in the UK to hold this accreditation, placing him among the country’s top CX experts.

Shaun launched his insight6 business in 2020, bringing over 25 years of experience in customer-focused industries to help businesses from across all sectors in the Midlands. 

His CCXP accreditation further strengthens his ability to deliver impactful CX strategies that drive growth.

Shaun's work focuses on identifying the hidden gaps between what customers say and how they behave—helping businesses understand and act on this insight. The approach enables clients to exceed expectations and stand out from competitors.
