Customer experience development programme opens for 2025 cohort

A Sutton Coldfield-based customer experience expert has opened registrations for his 2025 Customer Experience Development Programme.

The 12-month accredited programme, run by Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber member Shaun Cremins (pictured) of insight6, equips professionals with the skills and knowledge to create exceptional customer journeys and drive business success.

Now in its third year, the programme empowers participants to:

  • Deeply understand their customers through journey mapping, voice of the customer analysis, and relationship building
  • Develop powerful soft skills, including communication, problem-solving, and empathy
  • Gain real-world experience through impactful projects and case studies
  • Join a high-performing cohort of up to eight ambitious professionals

"This year’s cohort launches in April and is designed for those who are passionate about customer experience and want to make a real difference in their organisations," said Shaun.

"Participants will gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence to transform their approach to CX and drive meaningful commercial results."

The programme combines online peer group learning with monthly touchpoints and a final in-person gathering to share successes.

Earlybird discounts are available for Chamber members who register by the end of February.
