Corporate finance firm advises The Human Network on second deal of the year

The corporate finance team in the Midlands office of Crowe has advised on a second deal this year for The Human Network.

In July, corporate finance partner Andy Kay (pictured) and corporate finance director Phoebe Turner at the national audit, tax, advisory and risk firm, advised the directors of The Human Network, the parent company of independent events agency Identity, in the purchase of The Smyle group of companies – a collection of creative event and content agencies.

Now, along with associate director Jason Daft, they have provided financial due diligence and tax due diligence support as The Human Network acquired Beyond Business Travel, based in Belfast and Dublin, for an undisclosed sum.
