Construction firm unveils plans for landmark new headquarters in Derbyshire
Alpha Construction Ltd, has recently unveiled plans to build a new sustainable headquarters in Hilton, South Derbyshire.
Designed by the renowned Matthew Montague Architects, the new office promises to be a landmark development in both design and functionality, blending environmental responsibility with cutting-edge architecture.
The new headquarters, due to commence construction later this year, will include contemporary office space, open-plan collaboration areas, and on-site training facilities.
Reflecting Alpha’s commitment to sustainability and community impact, the building will meet modern energy efficiency standards and promote wellbeing through natural light and green design.
This include plans for Solar Panels, EV charging, rainwater harvesting and landscaping to achieve Net Gain Biodiversity.
Managing director Anthony Bamford said: “This development is more than just a new office, it is a bold statement about who we are and where we’re heading.

The move is part of Alpha Construction Ltd’s broader strategic expansion following their recent selection for several Civil Engineering Frameworks and their continued success delivering civil engineering excellence across the UK.
The company’s current head office at Chatsworth Court will be vacated once the Hilton premises are complete, with plans in place to retain the site as a commercial asset.
