Baily Garner’s new office opening will bring a host of comprehensive services to Manchester, including architecture, building surveying, quantity surveying, project management, building services and sustainability advice, and CDM — all underpinned by Baily Garner’s renowned multidisciplinary expertise in the industry.
With long-established offices in London and Birmingham, the firm’s latest business ambition is to deliver service excellence to clients across the UK’s North West.
Tom Cadman, associate partner at Baily Garner, will be heading up Baily Garner’s newest office.
