The Leadership Coaches was founded in early 2020, and the company has achieved remarkable milestones in the period, despite launching amid a global pandemic.

Over the past half-decade, The Leadership Coaches has made a significant impact in leadership development and community support including coaching hundreds of leaders, expanding a diverse coaching network, and promoting diversity in leadership.
Their innovative coaching methodologies has garnered industry recognition by securing an award at the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce annual awards night.
The firm has also donated to charitable causes, including financial support and mentoring through Epic, a Birmingham-based foundation supporting young entrepreneurs.
