Newlife The Charity for Disabled Children has popped up at their neighbours, McArthurGlen Designer Outlet West Midlands, to help raise funds so disabled children can receive the vital equipment and support they need.

The Newlife pop-up store will be at McArthurGlen for four weeks, arranged as part of a programme of events after being chosen as the Outlet’s Charity of the Year.

Like the other ten permanent Newlife stores, three of which are in Cannock, the pop-up is packed with brand new items from labels including River Island, Monsoon, The White Company and many more.

Carole Simpson, Newlife’s director of retail and sustainability said: “We’re so excited about this opportunity to showcase the fabulous brands at discounted prices that Newlife has to offer shoppers, especially as McArthurGlen West Midlands attracts customers from near and far. This gives us the chance to raise awareness of how people’s purchases can make a difference to the lives of disabled children.”

Carole added the opening event on Saturday, May 11, was a huge success with lots of people visiting the pop-up as they enjoyed a days shopping in the sunny weather – with the first shoppers into the pop-up receiving some special treats and give aways for the whole weekend.

McArthurGlen West Midlands centre manager David Jackson said: “It has been a pleasure in 2024 to partner with Newlife as our Charity of the Year for the Designer Outlet West Midlands.

“As 2024 has progressed, Newlife has worked closely with us on the opening of a short-term pop-up store, with profits being returned to the charity for support of their many causes.

“Newlife has some fantastic brands in their pop-up store, but don’t delay your shopping trip, as it won’t be here for long!”

Open weekdays and Saturdays until 8pm, and Sundays until 6pm, the Newlife pop-up has a wide variety of women’s and children’s clothing available, with 100 per cent of all profits being used to help disabled children.
