Change consultancy promotes third of team in its 'thrive ' year

Birmingham-based business change consultancy, Entec Si, has demonstrated its passion for people development by announcing an 10 promotions.

Jack Sixsmith, David Walker, Charlotte Stanyer and Eilis Garton-Marrows have been promoted to junior consultant, while Dev Punjani and Megan Evans are now fully-fledged consultants.

Senior level promotions include Peter Britten, Janet Smith and Tamara Pleasant, who have been promoted to senior consultant, managing consultant and principal consultant respectively.

Finally, Alix Cruxton is now a marketing communications executive.

Dubbing 2022 as its 'thrive ' year, Entec Si say the enthusiasm and care shown by the team will take the business on a new trajectory, helping it to achieve its goals, while fulfilling its people 's own aspirations.
