Chamber committee member to promote Staffordshire in ambassadorial role

Lichfield and Tamworth Chamber committee member Martin Hall has become an ambassador for an organisation set up to promote Staffordshire.

Martin (pictured), who is also the chair of music education charity Services for Education and managing director of his own consultancy M Hall Ltd, will be working with We Are Staffordshire to promote Lichfield and Tamworth.

We Are Staffordshire was set up to put Staffordshire on the map – ensuring county is a destination of choice to live, work, invest, visit and study.

It does so through campaigns, events and profile-raising activities, as well as making meaningful connections and relationships with stakeholders in industry, central Government departments and internationally, 

Martin, who has 35 years’ experience in the corporate insurance broking sector, said: “I was approached by We Are Staffordshire after meeting one of their very talented people at an LTCC event.

“I was immediately interested in their three-year strategy journey which was now active and being delivered between 2023 and 2026. 

“I have been educated, worked, had my family and set up businesses in our great county so to be involved in raising awareness, engaging business and influencing key stakeholders is a real pleasure. 

“I’m looking forward to seeing Staffordshire shooting up the rankings!”
