Fran Nolan and André Picart, co-founders of award-winning creative content agency Tribera, are the latest guests on CEO Stories, the podcast from Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce.

The episode is available to listen to on all major listening apps such as Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

Tribera is a leading Birmingham city centre-based agency which has racked up a host of accolades including being named in the Sunday Times' 'Best Places to Work' list.

In the final episode of season three, Fran and André join Chamber CEO Henrietta Brealey to discuss their career-defining moments, how they complement each other as co-founders and the importance of work-life balance - including Tribera's shift to a 32-hour work week.

Fran and André also share insights on the impact of AI in marketing, what makes a great business leader and the importance of intuition in decision-making.

CEO Stories will return for season four in February 2025.

CEO Stories is a monthly podcast hosted by Henrietta Brealey, who in 2021 became the youngest chief executive in the Chamber’s history.

A new episode is published on the first Monday of every month.

Throughout the series, Henrietta is joined by a variety of well-known and emerging business leaders, who will reveal what makes them tick, who inspired them and the advice they would give to aspiring CEOs.

Seasons one and two of the podcast featured a variety of guests include former NEC Group chief executive Paul Thandi, McDonald’s franchisee Doug Wright, TV chef Liam Dillon, Birmingham Royal Ballet boss Caroline Miller and Chamber presidents past and present, Deb Leary and Nasir Awan.
