“He will provide a renewed focus on service delivery initiatives, team development and growth, taking business rates services to clients to a new level.”
Alex returned to Colliers’ Business Rates team in 2023 as a director, following five years of delivering robust advice and growth in the London office market.

The team is supported by head of retail, Jess Hand and other niche specialists in offices, hospitality and data centres.
John Webber continued: “Alex’s experience within property and consultancy provides a breadth of expertise that extends beyond business rates.
“These new roles will help us strengthen our advisory services, ensuring that clients across the UK and London have the support and access to the people and technology they need.”
