Construction firm DRG Solutions are backing a special Charity Ball at Cheltenham Racecourse – in aid of cancer care.

The award-winning contractors are organising the ball on 1 March at the racecourse in aid of the Maggie’s centre in Cheltenham.

Centre Fundraising Manager Anna Mason said: “Maggie’s know people with cancer need much more than just medical treatment. We help people take back control when cancer turns life upside down, with professional support for anything from treatment side effects to money worries.

“We’re here for anyone with cancer and their family and friends, whatever kind of cancer, and whatever stage they’re at. Our Maggie’s centre in Cheltenham is a place for people to get tailored information from expert professionals as well as a place where they can meet and talk to people who are going through something similar.

“Maggie’s is completely funded by donations and fundraisers like the team at DRG Solutions. By supporting them you will be supporting our Maggie’s centre in Cheltenham to continue offering a range of services, from a welcoming cup of tea to the provision of 121 support, group exercise classes, support groups and courses for different cancer types and different personal needs.”

A variety of sponsorship packages are available for the event, including a £7,500 Diamond Sponsorship which ensures a table for 10 guests, half-page advertisement in the event programme, digital logo display within the venue, brand visibility through welcome drinks, social media recognition and table wine/prosecco.

Gold sponsorship for £5,000 is also available with benefits including six reserved seats, a quarter-page advert and a social media sponsorship announcement.

Meanwhile, silver sponsorship for £3,000 will ensure four reserved seats and inclusion of the company logo in the event programme and a £1,500 Bronze sponsorship brings two reserved seats and logo inclusion in the programme.
