Birmingham university jumps up the rankings in Guardian University Guide
Birmingham Newman University is the highest rising university in this year’s Guardian University Guide.
The institution has secured a spot among the top 75 universities in the UK - one of the biggest rises by any UK university.
In the latest edition of the Guardian University Guide, Birmingham Newman University has climbed up the league table placing firmly within the top 75.
This achievement marks a significant period in the University’s journey, showcasing its dedication to providing high-quality education and a supportive learning environment for students.
The rankings move reflects the commitment of Birmingham Newman University to academic excellence and student satisfaction.
The Guardian University Guide rankings are based on a variety of factors, including student satisfaction, teaching quality, and employment prospects.
Birmingham Newman University’s has shown a strong performance across these metrics, particularly in areas such as student engagement, personalised teaching, and graduate outcomes.

Birmingham Newman University offers foundation, undergraduate, and postgraduate degrees in subjects ranging from teaching and education to business management, criminology, and law.
It will host an Open Day on Saturday October 5th 2024 from 10.00AM – 15:00PM
