Birmingham tax firm unveils new brand and expands senior leadership team
Previously Ark Aurora Ltd, the financial services firm has now rebranded to Ark & Co Ltd as part of its future growth strategy, with plans to double its business revenue in the next three years.
To lead the business, Ark & Co has expanded its senior leadership team with the new appointment of Mandeep Rajput as managing director, who will join existing partners Bally Ark, Gurnek Ark and Suchy Lidhar to drive forward the firm’s ambitious growth plans.
With almost 30 years’ experience in the banking sector, Mandeep brings a wealth of expertise to the role.
Beginning his career with the Yorkshire / Clydesdale Bank in 1995, Mandeep worked across the group for 29 years. His most recent role was Head of Private Banking, where he led a national team and a £5bn business channel.
In his new role as managing director and with a focus on growing Ark & Co’s workforce, services and revenue, Mandeep will take a ‘people-first’ approach in building robust organisational structures and operating models that will allow the business to maximise opportunities for growth, whilst creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Established in 2003 and with a team of 40 people, Ark & Co Ltd is a full-service Chartered Accountancy practice offering a range of professional services including tax planning, compliance, business advisory, auditing and general accounting.
It supports business owners in the UK and internationally, across a variety of sectors including construction, healthcare, technology, manufacturing and retail.
