Future Faces charity of the year, Birmingham Mind, has announced they will be holding a Time to Talk Day, in partnership with Co-Op.

Time to Talk Day 2024 will take place on 1 February 2024, run by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness and is being delivered in partnership with Co-op for the third year running. Across the UK, it’s delivered by See Me in Scotland, Inspire in Northern Ireland and Time to Change Wales

Time to Talk Day was launched in 2014 by Time to Change, a campaign to end mental health stigma and discrimination, which was run by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness.

Birmingham Mind is holding their own day in order to raise awareness of mental health and create a positive conversation around it.

You can find resource packs for creating conversations around mental health, for both businesses and individuals, here.
