Birmingham-based insurance brokers relocate following a year of success
Norton Insurance Brokers have announced plans to move to a new office in Birmingham - marking a significant step in the company’s growth.
After a successful year and achieving its highest trading month in July 2024, this relocation allows them to continue growing and investing in their people.
The move, to Lyndon House on Hagley Road, reflects the company’s commitment to create an environment which supports its employees in providing a personalised service to clients.
Earlier this year, Norton Insurance Brokers received the highest possible accreditation from Feefo, the world’s largest provider of verified reviews. Their Platinum Trusted Service Award is given to businesses that demonstrate an ‘outstanding’ service to customers.
The insurance specialists have introduced new initiatives to get to where they are now. This includes the implementation of bespoke professional pathways to aid the development of all employees, and an Emotional Intelligence (EI) training programme to ensure high quality, meaningful conversation with clients.
