South American restaurant Fazenda Birmingham has relaunched its Churrasco dining experience, introducing new menu options and expanded offerings.

The restaurant continues to provide its tableside service of grilled meats, cooked in the tradition of Southern Brazil’s Pampas region.

Located in Birmingham, fazenda’s churrasco experience includes a selection of fifteen grilled meats served by passadores, available on both lunch and dinner menus.

The meats on offer include picanha (beef rump), ribeye, pork belly, chicken hearts, and sirloin. The lunch menu is priced at £35.90, while the dinner menu costs £53.90.

In addition to the meats, the experience includes access to the market table, which offers salads, vegetables, and sides.

A lighter market table and feijoada option has also been introduced.

Fazenda is now offering a range of new sharing dishes for groups of four or more, including roasted bone marrow served with sourdough bread and chimichurri, and a wagyu new York strip, a 500g cut of wagyu sirloin steak.

Small plates include Giant King Prawn served with chimichurri, and Tonnato Vitello, made with Yellowfin tuna, beef cream emulsion, and capers.

Fazenda has also launched a happy hour between 3 pm and 7 pm daily, available in both the restaurant and bar, featuring a range of cocktails, beer, and wines. The wine list includes selections from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Uruguay. A newly curated cocktail menu is also available.

The restaurant's children’s menu offers free meals for children under eight, with a reduced price of £15 for those aged 8-14.

Fazenda Birmingham’s relaunch brings new options while continuing to focus on its core Churrasco offerings.
