Art gallery launches annual Winter Craft Market

Ikon Gallery’s annual Winter Craft Market returns next month.

Taking place on Wednesday, 4 December from 5.30pm to 8.30 pm, the craft market will feature over 40 stalls to browse from local makers, designers and artists, selling products such as jewellery, homeware, prints, cards and unique gifts.

Entry to the event is free and no booking is required.

Pippa Somervell from Ikon said: “Ikon’s annual Winter Craft Market is a great opportunity to find some unique Christmas gifts and support local artists and makers.

“Each year we carefully select our stall holders, making sure we have a great range of gifts to choose from – this year’s market includes ceramics & glassware, artwork, food & drink, clothing & textiles, jewellery and more.

“In one evening you can enjoy a visit to the gallery, some great shopping and a festive drink at Yorks Café.”
