Future Faces has announced it is seeking young professionals to join their Mentoring Working Group.

The Future Faces Mentoring Working Group plays a key role in shaping the Future Faces Mentoring Scheme. This is a chance for members to develop their leadership skills, connect with peers, and make a real impact on the personal and professional development of young professionals across the region.

The Future Faces Mentoring Scheme provides young professional members with the chance to develop their skills and business aspirations through one-to-one sessions with a mentor, held monthly over a six-month period - either online or in person. The scheme is set to enter its fourth year and has seen over 350 successful mentoring matches since its inception.

Applications for the mentoring scheme will open after the annual meeting on 10 April.

The Mentoring Working Group, led by Jasmine Caine, senior account director at Rewired PR and Future Faces executive committee member, is looking for enthusiastic Future Faces members who want to be involved in:

  • Shaping the mentoring programme and creating a valuable experience for members.
  • Engaging with the business community to connect mentors and mentees.
  • Coordinating events and initiatives to support professional development.

Joining the Mentoring Working Group is a great way to make a meaningful contribution to the professional growth of others while enhancing your own leadership skills. It is also a great way to meet and work closely with some of the most passionate and driven young professionals in the region.
