Joseph Chamberlain College hosted 102 female students in an event to innovate and inspire careers in STEM.

Held at the Birmingham ThinkTank Museum, the event provided a powerful platform for young women to explore careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths, fields where female representation is still growing.

With a focus on empowerment and opportunity, the day featured a series of insightful panel discussions with leading women in the STEM sector who shared their journeys, challenges, and successes.

Students also had the unique opportunity to engage one-on-one with industry professionals, ask questions, and gain valuable advice on how to break into the field and thrive.

From software development to space sciences, the message was clear: there is space, and need, for more women in STEM.

For many students, it was the first time they saw people leading innovation and shaping the future.

Joseph Chamberlain College partnered with OneAdvanced to deliver the event, showing their commitment to creating inclusive opportunities and nurturing the next generation of female pioneers.
