What is Growth Through People?

Growth Through People aims to help local firms boost productivity and grow through encouraging the adoption of best practice approaches to improve leadership and people management capability.

The 2024/25 Growth Through People campaign will span a full year, with activities including events, podcasts, blogs and the publication of original research sharing best practice, guidance and knowledge to support local businesses in getting the most out of their people.
