Reflecting over the past 12 months
The annual general meeting of Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber is to be held on Thursday 12th September at which the result of the Executive Committee selection process will be announced.
The meeting will include an update on chamber matters and will also be an opportunity for delegates to network over a light lunch.
The AGM is held for the following purposes:
1. To receive the minutes of the last AGM
2. To receive the president’s report on the last year’s activities
3. To confirm ongoing Executive Committee members, plus any new elected or co-opted members (following nominations & elections if required)
4. AOB

- 12pm: Arrival & refreshments
- 12:30pm: Update from the Chamber
- 12:40pm: Formal proceedings
- 1pm: Lunch & networking
- 2pm: Event close

All Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber members are invited to put forward their nomination for selection to the Executive Committee.
Those standing for office must be an individual whose business is a member of the Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber of Commerce.
Nominees should fill out the application form linked below.
All applications will need to be supported by an exisiting Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber member and submitted by 5pm on Monday 26th August.
