  • Who can attend the GBB Expo?

The Expo is open for both Chamber members and non-members. Booking is advised, but we will accept walk-ins on the day. All exhibition stands must be booked and confirmed by 14th September 2025.

  • How do I book an exhibition stand?

To purchase an exhibitor stand, you will need to choose BOOK NOW and select your free delegate ticket then add-on the exhibitor package you wish to purchase.

Once booked and paid, an exhibitor information form will be sent to you which must be completed in order to confirm your stand. You will then receive an email confirming your booking, and further details will be provided nearer the time.

You can check you have booked the correct exhibitor package by logging into your Chamber website account and visiting 'My Event Bookings.'

  • Is my exhibition stand confirmed?

Once you have completed your online booking, you will be sent a form to complete. Once this form has been completed, you will receive an email confirming your stand.

  • Can I go to The Business Growth Studio Conference as well as the Expo?

The Business Growth Studio Conference will take place at the same time as the Greater Birmingham Business Expo. Visitors to the Expo are only permitted into the Conference if a ticket has been pre-booked. Organisations are welcome to exhibit at the Expo and attend the Conference but please note your stand must be manned at all times, i.e. the same person cannot attend the Conference and man the Expo stand. Conference delegates will have the opportunity to explore the Expo during scheduled conference breaks. Find out more about the Business Growth Studio Conference here.  

  • Is catering provided?

Limited tea and coffee will be provided for all attendees. Exhibitors will receive unlimited tea and coffee and 2 lunch vouchers. Cash catering will be available on the day. 

  • How do I attend the Silent Seminars?

The Silent Seminars will operate on a first-come, first-served basis on the day, for a maximum of 40 people. We recommend arriving to the seminar space 10 minutes before your session starts to secure your place.
