  • Mental Health in the Workplace – Moving Awareness to Action - 1:30pm-2:00pm

This session will focus on looking at common mistakes companies make whilst trying to support their employees wellbeing and address what you can do to make a real difference. We all know that supporting the health and wellbeing of our people can make a positive impact to the business, it can increase productivity, reduce absenteeism and staff turnover and can save the company a lot of money. Making sure we turn awareness into action though doesn’t have to be complicated and the discussion will highlight some simple things your company can do that will be a ‘win win’ for employees and the business.
