I am the Vice President of the Solihull Chamber of Commerce and a Partner and the Head of the Employment Law Department at Sydney Mitchell LLP. I deal with all aspects of the minefield that is employment law for both employers and employees providing guidance and support.
With my role in the Chamber, I support my Vice President’s and the President of the Chamber in their roles as well as the Chamber itself and its and its members. I am an active networker within the Borough of Solihull, not only on a business level, but also on a personal basis being part of a wider community of people and supporting local businesses, which really excites me. Relationships are really important to me and I thrive on that. If I can help I will.
I have been part of the Chamber for 13 years. For the last 3 years I have sat on the Solihull Chamber Executive Committee, helping to drive change, promote engagement, encouraging work inspiration amongst businesses for the next generation, as well as supporting both the Chamber and its members and I will keep on doing this!

Yetunde is a partner at international law firm Trowers & Hamlins and since 2020 has been head of their Birmingham office, which has grown to a head count of over 150 people since opening 13 years ago.
On a day-to-day basis, Yetunde is a property litigation lawyer, using her 25 plus years of experience in the profession to advise the social housing sector and private sector landlords and their agents in relation to non-contentious issues and disputes. Besides this Yetunde is passionate about advancing the equity, diversity & inclusion agenda, particularly for care leavers and the Black community.
Until 2022 Yetunde was on the advisory board of the government-backed Care Leaver Covenant which launched on 26 October 2018 and in December 2021 became the first independent chair of the West Midlands Combined Authority's Race Equalities Taskforce. Yetunde stepped down from the Taskforce in June 2023 having secured the Combined Authority's approval of a five-year strategy entitled "Race Forward", which was devised by the 30-member strong taskforce.
Since stepping down Yetunde has continued to pursue her passion by, amongst other things, being instrumental in the creation of the Black Business Collective, a network launched by Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce in June 2024 which is aimed at Black business owners and entrepreneurs. During his first term on the Solihull Chamber Executive Committee, Ian and Jas Rohel created the Solihull Secret Supper Club. After 12 years, runyourfleet now manages over 31,000 vehicles for 1,200 businesses across the UK, is set to turnover £21m in the current financial year and employs a team of 35. The business has seen exponential growth in the last 4 years, and keenly supports both the Solihull and wider Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce, as well as local charities and community projects.

Gurdas is a multi award-winning marketer known for his dynamic and self-driven approach, with over seven years of experience in the Advertising and Marketing field. He takes pride in his unconventional journey to becoming a recognised marketer, having also established his own ventures. Although he began his marketing journey as a self-taught individual, Gurdas is now on the path to becoming a Chartered Marketer.
Throughout his career, Gurdas has collaborated with renowned global brands, spearheaded successful campaigns, and made significant contributions to diverse industries, including marketing and events.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Gurdas is actively involved in volunteer roles, such as serving as an Executive Committee Member of the ABCC and co-founding and co-hosting the locally acclaimed networking event, The Breakfast Club, which is open to all and serves the community.

Sartaj Gill graduated from Brunel University London with a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Accountancy in July 1985. He joined what was then known as Inland Revenue and completed his professional tax qualifications (FTII) in 1991, working as a fully trained HM Inspector of Taxes.
Sartaj spent nearly 20 years in an operational role with Fraud Investigation Service (FIS) which is a specially trained unit within HMRC, set up to tackle the most serious and complex cases involving tax fraud and avoidance. He was an Assistant Director in Offshore, Corporate and Wealthy Compliance involved in senior management, fraud policy and operational procedures, Corporate Criminal Offence (CCO) and an accredited trainer for fraud investigators.
Sartaj Gill left HMRC on 31 December 2020 to set up Housman Consulting, a company offering tax investigation and accountancy services.
