Training provider secures funding to deliver region’s first sustainability in technology bootcamp

Ofsted-rated Outstanding Tech Training provider Althaus will deliver an exclusive Sustainability in Technology Professional Skills Bootcamps, after securing funding from the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA)

The bootcamps are tailored specifically for employed learners who want to understand the powerful intersection between technology, sustainability, and business.

The 12-week, part-time programme is essential for businesses looking to protect their organisations from ‘greenwashing’ (policies that aren’t reflected in green practice) and are designed to empower businesses with the knowledge and tools to critically analyse the environmental impact of digital technologies and implement sustainable solutions within their organisations.

Participants will gain valuable insights into:

  • The environmental implications of digital technologies.
  • Strategies to integrate sustainability into business processes.
  • Practical frameworks for improving energy efficiency and reducing carbon footprints through digital innovation.

The bootcamp offers a unique opportunity to develop future-ready skills in Birmingham’s ever-growing business ecosystem.

Cohorts will start in October and January.
