Naeem Alvi is a seasoned brand strategist and the founder of Notepad. After a decade of working with fast-growth SMEs and big companies like RBS, Nike, Natwest and Argos to help them better define and grow their brands, Naeem founded Notepad to connect big brand experience with ambitious startups and new ventures that want to define, launch, and grow their brands quickly, effectively and affordably.
Previously, Naeem has worked as a copywriter, strategist, and creative director, at several leading branding and advertising agencies across London and Birmingham, and also helped to found and launch The Quarterly magazine internationally.

Brexit can be baffling. Every week sees thousands of pages of official and unofficial guidance, advice and media reports released. It can be hard for businesses to find the information most relevant to their specific needs.
This seminar (taking place on a key date for Brexit) will focus on practical advice from guest experts on key elements of Brexit and tips on getting your business ready. It will include an update on the latest Brexit timeline, an opportunity to trial the GBCC’s new Business Brexit Health-Check tool and a small number of presentations, followed by an opportunity for discussion. It is part of a series of free Brexit Clinics run by the GBCC.
It will be chaired by Henrietta Brealey, Director of Policy & Strategic Relationships at the GBCC with further presentations from Ananth Krishnan(Regional Director - Corporate and Business Banking, Midlands Region, HSBC UK) & Stuart Chapman (EU Exit Business Intelligence and Readiness Directorate, The Department for Business Energy & Industrial Strategy).
